The Kid's Closet

The Kid's Closet offers free new and gently used clothing (Infant - 5T) for anyone in need of assistance.  

From time to time maternity clothing and "big ticket" items (such as strollers, car seats, and pack 'n plays) are also available.  Parents/Guardians are allowed to visit once per month and take one plastic grocery bag full of clothing or one "big ticket" item per visit.  

The Kid's Closet is located in the community center at Montrose Baptist Church (4411 N. Melvina) and is open M-F 10:30am to 12:15pm or by appointment.  The church is easily accessible via CTA on the Montrose bus, Melvina stop.  To make an appointment please call the church at   77...  or e-mail pastorjasonplatt@juno.com.

Want to make a donation?  If you have new and gently used Infant- 5T clothing, maternity clothing, or any useful baby goods or equipment that you would like to give a good home, please stop by and drop them off any time on Sundays, M-F 10:30am to 12:15pm or by appointment per the information above.  Thank you.
