OUR VISION
We see the light and love of Jesus Christ filling our hearts, overflowing into our relationships, and flooding the darkness of the world around us.
We see a neighborhood church serving as a spiritual lighthouse, faithfully shining the light of Christ, providing for the lost and weary the security of safe harbor, the significance of purpose, and the strength of hope. This church family will welcome 5% of the surrounding neighborhood into its worship services, hosting them also in small groups and outreach ministries and reaching out to them through personal evangelism, home visitation, and neighborhood ministries.
We see small groups serving as neighborhood lighthouses, providing safe and welcoming environments for seeking non-believers and seasoned believers - places of learning, friendship, and care. These small groups intentionally train leaders and multiply, doubling in number every two years, so that by 2020 there are 32 groups.
We see followers of Christ serving as lights in the world, motivated, trained, equipped, and confident in taking advantage of every opportunity to share the gospel, care for their neighbors, get involved in their communities, and support world missions. These Christians share the good news of Jesus Christ regularly so that by God's grace they celebrate weekly new birth, witness monthly baptisms, and hold quarterly new member classes.
